The song of the day is Meet Me Halfway by the Black Eyed Peas off their Fifth studio album The E.N.D(2009), it was one of the biggest selling tracks of 2009. The song included verses from each member of the group and the chorus was done by a Madonna inspired Fergie. The song had that their regular futuristic funk vibe but an R&B vibe also. Lyrically it spoke about Love and reuniting I guess, each member of the group had a different perspective when they were describing their journey and there plans to re-unite.  It did very well on several charts and was commercially successful. It was also performed Live on the british edition of the X-Factor. It has this calm relaxing feel about it and i don't know why it has just been on replay on my playlist recently.
