The song of the day is dedicated to the abducted Chibok Girls. The song perfectly describes the situation in Nigeria at the moment, I pray that God will Intervene. The song of the day is Fire On The Mountain By Asa from her self titled album released in 2007. I marvel at the depth and the foresight she had in this song. At...

Ok, so its another monday morning, groggy me getting to work with nothing to do(yet) so i took some time to reflect on the happenings of the weekend. Oh by the way the morning wasn't so bad cuz i was talking to that person, you know? that person that you talk to in the morning and your day just starts off happy and all? yeah, that person. She just got back(don't ask) and all seems to be right with the world......seems. anyways so i was outchea tryna reflect and shii after talking with 'her', feeling rather giddy as she had made my groggy monday feel like a friday, funny how one person can make a "hard guy" into a fruit in seconds right? Anyways so this first part is for the guys.....have y'all ever had that "you dont say" moment with that certain female or even anybody for that matter? I'll elaborate, so i spoke to her this morning and in the course of our talks she mentioned trying to get songs unto her new phone from her system, now as a tech savvy guy that i am(hehehe) i asked what the matter/problem was, she said "oh, nothing". "Okayyy....but u just said u were having issues getting it done and stuff" i said with inquisitive sarcasm, then she said "oh no....its just this 'bandA' i was listening to and trying to get to my phone" (for the purpose of this post i shall be using "bandA" as a substitute for the actual artiste) and thats when it happened, the moment.....
i was like....."are u freaking kidding me!!! i"ve been begging you for months....months!!! to listen to 'band A' and how good they are" all to no avail, months after and she's like "oh well, its just this friend of mine that recommended it to me and i realized 'band A' is soo good, i love 'band A' so much", and i was outchea like.....

This particular song featured J-Swiss and Da Boss, its a very dope Rap Hip-Hop track with some jazz elements in it. Its has like this cool kinda upbeat kinda vibe. Well its like and anthem and contains really witty lines...
